Now let me tell you something.
Symptoms of scabies
Scabies mites often parasitize on thin and soft parts of skin, such as finger seam and its sides, wrist flexion surface, elbow socket, armpit, periumbilical, waist, lower abdomen, genitalia, inguinal and medial side of upper thigh. The head and face were not involved, except in children.
The lesions were papules and herpes of needle size. A tunnel dug by Sarcoptes scabies is often found at the fingertip. A needle tip can be used to pick out the female at the mouth of the tunnel. This is the characteristic symptom of scabies. Often accompanied by night itching. If the skin lesions do not heal for a long time, secondary changes often appear, such as scratches, blood scabs, punctate pigmentation, eczema like changes and pustules.
Some patients in the scrotum, penis and other places can appear pale or reddish brown, mung bean to soybean large hemisphere inflammatory hard nodules, itching, known as scabies nodules. Another rare type is Norwegian scabies, which is a serious scabies. It often occurs in patients with weak body or low immune function. This type of skin rash is extensive and has a special odor.
matters needing attention
Pay attention to personal hygiene, "three frequently": frequently bathing, frequently changing clothes, frequently drying clothes. Do not live with the patient, shake hands, and do not put the patient's clothes together. If the patient is found to be treated in time, the changed clothes should be boiled to kill insects. If they can't be boiled, they should be wrapped in plastic for one week and cleaned after the scabies starve to death.
