Calcification of renal parenchyma is the main manifestation. The density of calcification is low and unclear, which is caused by a small amount of calcium deposition in the necrotic material of cheese. Calcification can be very small, single, or scattered and multiple. When the whole kidney calcification occurs, the kidney can atrophy and become smaller, and the renal function is very poor or no function. This kind of whole kidney diffuse calcification is called "self nephrectomy", which is common in advanced renal tuberculosis.

Urinary tract tuberculosis patients have symptoms such as frequent urination, fine urine, dysuria, urinary retention, and other symptoms of urethral stricture, and no history of trauma or gonorrhea. Physical examination of urethral thickening should consider the possibility of urethral tuberculosis. Further examination can be done with urethral radiography, urethral examination and * biopsy if necessary. Combined with laboratory and imaging examination, the diagnosis can be confirmed.
