summary

My feet and ankles have a lot of purplish brown spots. They look very ugly. There are a lot of big spots on my legs. I went to see several hospitals. The doctor said it was pigmented purpura skin disease, so I was hospitalized. After treatment, I got better. Now I want to share the origin of purpura.

Where does purpura start

Symptom 1: joint damage, swelling and pain of the knee, ankle, elbow and wrist before and after the appearance of skin purpura, especially the knee joint pain and swelling, which can show wandering state and repeated attacks.

Symptom 2: urticaria: the concurrent symptoms of the disease, the patient's skin surface with obvious itching feeling of wheal like rash. The surface of the air mass is smooth, slightly protruding from the skin, pale or red in color, with different shapes and sizes (usually less than 12mm in diameter). In addition, the wind mass rises and disappears from time to time (the single existence time is not more than 36 ~ 48), and there is no trace after it subsides.

Symptom 3: the patient may have skin lesion like symptoms of angioneurotic edema, characterized by thickening and hardening of skin and subcutaneous tissue. The thickened skin has a clear boundary with the surrounding area, without finger indentation and color change. It usually occurs on the face, neck and limbs. When the disease is serious, the patient's skin appears erythema multiforme or ulcer necrosis.

matters needing attention

We suggest that we should pay attention to: diet should be light nutrition. Prepare some nutritious and easily digestible food for your child. Don't be fat and greasy. Don't be too full at every meal, so as not to increase the burden of gastrointestinal tract and induce or aggravate gastrointestinal bleeding. Those with severe abdominal pain or positive fecal occult blood should be fasted if they eat liquid food or have obvious gastrointestinal bleeding. People with kidney damage should limit the intake of salt and water.
