1: B ultrasound diagnosis: 1. Diffuse enhancement of near-field echo in liver region (stronger than kidney and spleen), gradual attenuation of far-field echo; 2. Unclear display of intrahepatic duct structure.
2: B-ultrasound diagnosis: 3. Mild to moderate liver enlargement, blunt edge angle; 4. Color Doppler flow imaging showed that the color flow signal in the liver was reduced or not easy to display, but the direction of blood vessels in the liver was normal; 5. The echo of right lobe capsule and diaphragm was not clear or complete.
3: The patients with one of the above items 2-4 were mild fatty liver; the patients with the above items 1 and 2-4 were moderate fatty liver; the patients with the above items 1, 2-4 and 5 were severe fatty liver.
