2: B-ultrasound diagnosis: 3. Mild to moderate liver enlargement, blunt edge angle; 4. Color Doppler flow imaging showed that the color flow signal in the liver was reduced or not easy to display, but the direction of blood vessels in the liver was normal; 5. The echo of right lobe capsule and diaphragm was not clear or complete.
