1. Eat more high potassium food, such as bananas, broccoli, celery and so on. Potassium can reduce uric acid precipitation and help excrete uric acid. More intake of adequate alkaline food, such as kelp, cabbage, celery, cucumber, apple, tomato and other fruit thinning.
2. Eat more kidney strengthening food. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the food for strengthening the kidney helps to excrete uric acid. On weekdays, you can drink it with the formula of "Liuwei Dihuang" (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Fructus Corni, Chinese yam, Rhizoma alismatis, cortex moutan and poria cocos) to nourish yin and tonify the kidney.
3. Apple vinegar with honey. This is a traditional western treatment, which has been proved to be effective by a number of clinical tests. Apple vinegar contains pectin, vitamins, minerals (phosphorus and potassium) and enzymes.
