Second: eat less food or desserts containing fructose or sorbitol (sugar), because it is also the culprit of gas production. Beans must be cooked until rotten, because too hard beans, not only difficult to digest, but also easy to cause flatulence.
Third: if it is difficult to eliminate abdominal distension, you can use peppermint oil to smear around the navel to eliminate abdominal distension. Or drink a little mint tea, citrus tea to ease flatulence.
