summary

When I took a bath a while ago, I felt a hard piece of meat on the outside of my breast. When I saw a video on the Internet, I tested whether I had breast cancer, so I felt that it was a bit like breast cancer. Only when I went to the hospital did I know that I really had breast cancer. It's much better now. I'd like to share with you the treatment of early breast cancer, hoping to help more people.

Treatment of early breast cancer

Treatment 1: endocrine therapy. The endocrine therapy of breast cancer mainly includes estrogen antagonists (tamoxifen) and aromatase inhibitors (now commonly used are the third generation aromatase inhibitors, such as letrozole, anastrozole and exemestane). Tamoxifen can be used in premenopausal and postmenopausal women, and aromatase inhibitors are more effective in postmenopausal women. In addition, there are drugs that can replace surgery and radiotherapy, such as noread, used in premenopausal (including perimenopausal) patients or combined with tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors.

Treatment 2: molecular targeted therapy, human can develop new drugs for different targets at the molecular level. The targeted drugs for the treatment of breast cancer are HER-2 receptor family drugs (trastuzumab / Herceptin, lapatinib), angiogenesis inhibitors (bevacizumab / Avastin) have been used in clinical practice, and other targeted drugs such as Ras family, farnesyltransferase inhibitors, ubiquitin protease pathway and so on. Trastuzumab is the first molecular targeted drug in the field of breast cancer treatment, and its indication is HER-2 positive patients.

Treatment 3: surgical treatment: early, middle and advanced breast cancer patients, as long as the body can tolerate surgery, should be the first choice of surgical treatment. There are many surgical treatments for breast cancer. No matter what type of operation is chosen, we must strictly grasp the principle of radical treatment as the main treatment, while preserving the function and appearance as the secondary treatment.
