The third reason: elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can also appear painless hematuria, but often accompanied by poor urination, getting up at night and other symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction; female patients need to pay attention to whether vaginal bleeding is mistaken for hematuria.
