Chancre symptoms?

Small painful blisters appear in the genital and perianal areas, which break rapidly and form shallow ulcers. These ulcers can grow and fuse with each other. The base is soft, with inflammatory red halo around it, 0.5-2.0 cm in diameter, uneven edge, stealth, filthy and purulent secretions on the base.
