Eat more nutritious, easy to digest food, such as pasta, beans, lean meat, eggs, fish, milk and so on.
Second: taboo induced seizures of food: pepper, onion, garlic, etc. Mutton, dog meat, rooster, wild duck, carp and other "hair" should not be eaten more; spirits, strong tea, coffee should be absolutely prohibited; pepper, pepper, mustard, scallion, garlic and other spicy condiments should also be appropriately limited.
Third: epilepsy diet to quantitative, avoid overeating. The intake of potassium should be limited: epilepsy patients caused by brain trauma and patients taking sedative drugs for a long time are prone to dehydration, anemia, leucopenia, malnutrition, etc., and electrolyte metabolic disorder (hyperkalemia) may occur in serious patients. Epileptic diet should not eat more food with high zinc content: the blood zinc concentration of epileptic patients was determined, and it was found that the average blood zinc content of almost all epileptic patients was significantly higher than that of normal people. Antiepileptic drugs or other metabolites can effectively react with zinc ions, reduce the blood zinc concentration of epileptic patients, so as to control seizures.
