The second specific type of vitiligo symptoms: sporadic type, common type, widespread and scattered white spots; facial acrotype, distributed in the face and limbs; mixed type, segmental type, facial acrotype and / or common type.

The third specific type of vitiligo symptoms: generalized total or almost total depigmentation. More than 90% of vitiligo is sporadic, and the rest of vitiligo is more localized than generalized. According to the depigmentation of the lesion, the disease can be divided into two types: complete type (DOPA negative reaction, melanocytes disappeared, poor response to treatment) and incomplete type (DOPA positive reaction, melanocytes did not disappear, only the number was reduced, the cure rate was high).
