Venereal disease which examination

Examination 1: cell culture method: take materials from the bottom of blister and do tissue culture to isolate virus. It is the most sensitive and specific examination method at present. It takes 5-10 days. Because of its high technical requirements and high price, it can not be widely used at present.

Examination 2: electron microscope examination: take blister fluid or pathological brain tissue for section, observe virus particles under electron microscope, the positive rate is 50%, but HSV and other herpesviruses are difficult to distinguish in morphology. Immunoelectron microscopy was more specific.

Examination 3: acetic acid white test was positive, and similar erosion pattern could be seen in vivo test, with bright red to brown color in the middle, and the color around gradually decreased. The keratin produced by HPV infected cells was the same as that produced by normal uninfected epithelial cells.
