Symptoms of intestinal hernia

Coughing, sneezing, excessive exertion, abdominal obesity, forced defecation, women's pregnancy, children's excessive crying, elderly abdominal wall strength degeneration and other circumstances are easy to cause hernia. If the hernia is frequent, it is suggested to start with improving the living habits such as obesity and normal defecation, and gradually relieve it.
