Next, I'd like to share my views with you.

How is scabies treated?

Treatment 1: external use of scabies killing agent. All patients with group or family members should be treated at the same time. The treatment procedure is as follows: before applying the medicine, it is best to take a bath with hot water and soap. When applying the medicine, the whole body should be smeared from below the neck, and the rash concentrated parts should be repeatedly smeared and rubbed with pressure. At the end of the treatment, take a bath with hot water and soap. Change the clothes and quilts in time, and boil the clothes and quilts with water for disinfection or scalding and insolation.

Treatment 2: topical anti scabies drugs: 1. 10% sulfur (5% sulfur for children) and 3% salicylic acid ointment. ②1% γ- 666 emulsion or ointment, pay attention to neurotoxicity. ③ 10% ~ 25% benzyl benzoate lotion or emulsion. ④ Put out the Silin cream for external use. ⑤ Apply 40% sodium thiosulfate solution and 4% dilute hydrochloric acid solution twice first, and then apply the latter twice after drying. Once a day in the morning and once a day in the evening for 3-4 days. ⑥ Clomiphene 10% emulsion or liniment was applied once every morning and evening for 3 days.

Treatment three: treatment of scabies nodules: Tar gel is applied every night for 2~3 weeks. ② Intralesional injection of Glucocorticoid (triamcinolone acetonide). ③ Triamcinolone acetonide neomycin plaster was applied topically. ④ Cryotherapy. The patients with severe pruritus were treated with antihistamines, and the patients with secondary infection were treated with antibiotics.

matters needing attention

1. Pay attention to personal hygiene, "three diligence": frequent bathing, frequent changing clothes, frequent drying clothes. 2. Do not cohabit with the patient, shake hands, and put the patient's clothes together. 3. If the patient is found to be treated in time, the changed clothes should be boiled to kill insects. If they can't be boiled, they should be wrapped in plastic for one week and cleaned after the scabies starve to death.
