summary

Recently, my body is not very comfortable. I always feel dizzy from time to time. After I went to the hospital for examination this morning, the doctor said it was hemolysis. Maybe many people don't know what hemolysis is. Today, I'd like to introduce what hemolysis is.

What is hemolysis

First: hemolysis refers to the rupture of red blood cells and the escape of hemoglobin, which is called erythrolysis. It can be caused by a variety of physical and chemical factors and toxins. In vitro, such as hypotonic solution, mechanical strong oscillation, sudden low temperature freezing (- 20 ℃ ~ - 25 ℃) or sudden thawing, excessive acid or alkali, alcohol, ether, soap alkali, choline salt can cause hemolysis.

Second: in vivo, hemolysis can be caused by hemolytic bacteria or some snake venom invasion, antigen antibody reaction (such as blood mismatched), various mechanical damage, red blood cell intrinsic (membrane, enzyme) defects, some drugs, etc. hemolytic bacteria, such as some hemolytic streptococcus and Clostridium perfringens, can cause sepsis.

Third: due to the incompatibility between the mother's blood type and the fetus's blood type, a kind of blood type antibody is produced in the mother's body. This antibody can destroy a large number of red blood cells in the blood of the broken baby (before birth) or the baby and cause hemolysis. Hemolysis can occur in the fetus and continue after birth. A.b.o. incompatibility is the most common type of this disease, of which the mother's blood type is O and the fetus's blood type A or B Type 1, the first fetus can be ill, the more the number of births, the higher the incidence rate.
