Early symptoms of melanoma: at first, normal skin has melanin deposition, or pigmented nevus has increased pigmentation and deepened black, and then the lesion damage continues to expand, hardness increases, accompanied by itching. Some lesions of melanoma are protuberant, plaque and nodular, some are mushroom or cauliflower. When it grows into subcutaneous tissue, it is subcutaneous nodule or mass type, and when it spreads around, it appears stellate black spot or small nodule. The common manifestation of melanoma is regional lymph node metastasis, and even regional lymph node enlargement. In the late stage, the blood flow transferred to lung, liver, bone and brain.
Paresthesia: local often itching, burning or tenderness. When the above changes occur, it strongly suggests that there is a suspicion of malignant melanoma. It can be said that once there is any change in the skin nevus, excision and biopsy should be performed to remove the malignant melanoma.
Color: most malignant melanoma have brown, black, red, white or blue mixed uneven, in case of nevus color change, should be particularly vigilant. The skin around the lesion may appear edema or lose its original skin luster or turn white or gray.

Surface: not smooth. Often rough and accompanied by scaly or flaky desquamation. Sometimes there is exudation or bleeding, the lesion can be higher than the skin. It is often irregular and serrated, which is caused by the tumor spreading to all sides or spontaneous degeneration.
