Symptoms of paralytic ileus
summary
Paralytic ileus, also known as non dynamic enteroparalysis, is due to various reasons affecting the balance of intestinal autonomic nervous system; Or affect the local nerve conduction of intestinal tract; Or affect the contraction of intestinal smooth muscle, so that intestinal expansion peristalsis disappeared. Patients with abdominal distension, no paroxysmal colic, intestinal peristalsis weakened or disappeared, rarely cause intestinal perforation. I want to talk about the symptoms of paralytic ileus.
Symptoms of paralytic ileus
The prominent manifestation of paralytic ileus is obvious abdominal distension. The scope of abdominal distension is often the whole abdomen, and often accompanied by vomiting, gastric contents, vomiting without fecal taste.
The patient may have abdominal distending pain and discomfort, and paroxysmal abdominal colic without mechanical intestinal obstruction. The patient had difficulty breathing because of severe abdominal distension. Due to the loss of body fluid, the patient was extremely thirsty and the urine volume decreased.
Physical examination: abdominal distention, abdominal breathing disappeared, intestinal type and peristaltic wave were not seen; Abdominal tenderness was not significant; Percussion showed uniform tympanic sound, and the boundary of liver voiced sound was reduced or disappeared; During auscultation, the bowel sounds were obviously weakened or completely disappeared. The patient's condition is usually serious, but there is no special pain.
matters needing attention
1. Pay attention to the prevention of acute peritonitis, retroperitoneal infection and hematoma. 2. Early rehabilitation exercise should be carried out after major abdominal operation to increase intestinal peristalsis.
