Diet 1: seven days after esophageal cancer surgery, the main food is liquid, containing a lot of zinc and calcium, such as milk, bone soup, chicken soup, etc.; the second week after esophageal cancer surgery (7-14 days), if eating smoothly, you should choose a full nutrition diet, such as chicken soup, duck soup, broth, rice porridge with carrot juice, spinach juice, tremella porridge, etc. Two weeks later, patients with esophageal cancer can switch to semi liquid diet and soft rice.

Diet 2: eat more food that can improve dysphagia, including crucian carp, carp, mussel, black bone chicken, pear, litchi, sugarcane, walnut, leek, garlic, persimmon, lotus root, pheasant, pond lice, chicken crop, milk, goose blood, asparagus.

Diet 3: constipation should eat honey, water chestnut, water shield, jellyfish, mud snail, sea cucumber, fig, cereal, pine nut, sesame, walnut, rabbit meat, mulberry, apple, peach.

The treatment of advanced esophageal cancer is mainly to control symptoms, prevent spread and metastasis, mainly to stabilize the condition, so we must choose the correct treatment. Because of the late multiple metastases, surgical treatment is generally not selected.
