For example, if there are gastric ulcer or other organs and tissues around the stomach also have ulcers, it should be treated in time to avoid gastric perforation caused by too much influence of ulcer surface. What is the cause of gastric perforation? Let's talk about it
Causes of gastric perforation?
The most common cause of gastric perforation is peptic ulcer. As the ulcer deepens, it penetrates through the muscular layer, serosa layer, and finally through the gastric or duodenal wall. There are several different consequences after perforation.
For example, chronic perforation, a few cases may have gastrocolic fistula, most of which occur in the posterior wall of the stomach and duodenum. If the ulcer perforation quickly adheres to the greater omentum or nearby organs, the abscess around the perforation may be formed.
Severe chemical stimulation after perforation can cause shock symptoms. The patient showed restlessness, shortness of breath, rapid pulse and unstable blood pressure. With the relief of abdominal pain, the situation can be stabilized. Since then, with the aggravation of bacterial peritonitis, the disease is getting worse, and severe cases may have septic (toxic) shock.

No smoking, because smoking makes gastric vasoconstriction, affect the blood supply of gastric parietal cells, reduce the resistance of gastric mucosa and induce gastric disease. Should drink less, eat less pepper, pepper and other spicy food.
