Examination for patients with bronchial asthma
summary
When people have asthma symptoms, they need to go to the hospital in time for examination. If there is a professional doctor to diagnose bronchial asthma, they can carry out professional treatment in time. Because bronchial asthma is a chronic disease and has the effect of repeated attacks, they need to be prepared for long-term treatment in time. So, what kind of examination should be done for patients with bronchial asthma?
Examination for patients with bronchial asthma
1. Chemical changes of blood: the electrolytes in the blood of asthmatic patients are within the normal range. Even after long-term application of corticotropin or corticosteroid, there is no obvious electrolyte disorder in the extracellular fluid. Fasting blood glucose, nonprotein nitrogen, sodium, potassium, chlorine, calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase were within the normal range.
2. X-ray examination: in patients with bronchial asthma without complications, no special findings were found on X-ray films of the lung. X-ray changes were more common in children with exogenous recurrent asthma, such as increased lung field transparency, bronchial wall thickening, pulmonary aortic arch protrusion, decreased diaphragms, narrow and long heart shadow, reduced diameter uniformity of central and peripheral pulmonary vessels, and deepened hilar shadow. In the middle and peripheral lung fields, scattered small dense shadows can be seen. In a short period of time, secondary local atelectasis caused by transient mucus embolism in the lung segment can be seen.
3. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy: the purpose of fiberoptic bronchoscopy is to identify or examine the lesions in the bronchus to determine the cause of asthma. In remission stage of asthma, inflammatory reaction can be seen in the mucous membrane under fiberoptic bronchoscope; in attack stage, mucous membrane edema, viscous secretion, adhering to the wall of the tube, is not easy to remove. When accompanied with infection, it is purulent, and the tracheal and bronchial walls collapse when exhaling.
matters needing attention
Bronchial asthma patients need timely X-ray examination, can accurately and clearly detect the symptoms of patients with bronchial parts, can help doctors timely understand the patient's physique and the degree of onset, can be able to early develop a suitable treatment for bronchial asthma patients, so that patients less suffering.
