summary

Today, I'd like to talk about the causes of Parkinson's disease: Parkinson's disease mainly occurs in middle-aged and elderly people, mainly manifested as unstable holding objects, inflexible hands and feet, serious inability to take care of their own life, affecting the normal life of patients, which causes Parkinson's disease.

What causes Parkinson's disease

First, genetic reasons. The occurrence of familial Parkinson's disease indicates that heredity is also one of the factors of the onset of the disease. The survey found that people with family history have a significantly higher risk of disease than ordinary people. Clinically, most patients with Parkinson's disease are sporadic, which also indicates that there are other factors.

Second, age. Studies have found that the degree of dopamine reduction in the brain of patients with Parkinson's disease is much higher than the normal aging level, and with the increase of age, the number of dopamine in the brain of patients is decreasing, and the regulatory level is also declining, indicating that age is also one of the causes of Parkinson's disease.

Third, brain infection. Patients with encephalitis, such as type A encephalitis, usually have a latent period of several years after recovery, and gradually appear severe and persistent PD syndrome. Other encephalitis usually occurs in the acute stage, but most of the symptoms are mild and transient.
