The edema of nephritis often first appears in the eyelids, face, scrotum and other relatively loose places, and then there will be lower limb edema, serious systemic edema, a few people can also have ascites.

Second: the symptoms of patients with early nephritis is not obvious, or is not typical, for example, oliguria is generally in the middle and late will have relatively obvious symptoms, but the early is generally difficult to detect, but if the condition is serious, or in special circumstances, the symptoms of oliguria will be more obvious, or even appear anuria.

Third: oliguria and edema can appear at the same time, urine color is deep, daily urine volume can be less than 400 ml, individual patients even no urine. Some nephritis patients will appear hematuria, the naked eye can find urine color is dark brown, generally sustainable for several days or even weeks. Acute progressive nephritis also has the characteristics of oliguria, accompanied by nausea, fatigue and loss of appetite and other early symptoms.

Can't eat high salt diet, chronic nephritis edema and blood volume, sodium relationship is great, so must limit salt, give low salt diet. The daily intake of salt should be controlled below 2-4G in order to prevent swelling and blood volume from increasing.
