Treatment of sciatica
Treatment 1: turn the buttocks left and right, separate the two legs with the same width as the shoulder, stand with hands akimbo, turn the buttocks left and right, first slow and then fast, continuously rotate 20 ~ 30 times, twice a day.
Treatment 2: upper body flexion and extension, feet apart and shoulder width, hands akimbo standing. Straighten the legs, bend the upper body forward 90 degrees, and then stretch backward, 20-30 times in a row.
Treatment 3: bend over against the wall, legs apart and shoulder width, back to the wall distance of about 1 meter standing. Hold the wall with both hands on your shoulders, try to slide down and bend down, and then return to the preparatory position once, 10-20 times.
