1. Systemic manifestations: the onset of the disease can be acute or slow. 3. Joints and muscles: more than 90% of the patients have joint swelling and pain, and often have some common symptoms of early onset. The most vulnerable part is the proximal interphalangeal joint of the hand, and the knee, foot, condyle and wrist can be involved. Joint pain is symmetrical, about half of the patients have morning stiffness.
