summary

Our feet are wrapped in socks and shoes every day, and we keep walking, which inevitably leads to beriberi. Once suffering from beriberi, it's hard to get rid of it. Here's my own experience in treating beriberi.

What can treat beriberi

First: every day adhere to the use of water added disinfectant feet. Disinfectant can be used with droppings, willoughs, etc. two thirds of the amount of the bottle cap in the foot wash water is enough. Then soak your feet in water for about 10 minutes.

Second: when the feet are slightly peeling, white vinegar can be applied to the feet to stop itching and kill bacteria, and it can keep for a few days after application. I have also tried to use white vinegar bubble. Every night, warm water and white vinegar bubble are added, but after a period of time, it will recur. It may not be useful for me to use white vinegar, but it is suitable for some people. You can try it.

Third: apply toothpaste - I've never tried to apply toothpaste to the affected area, but we all know that toothpaste is anti-inflammatory, so it must be effective, but everyone has different opinions.

matters needing attention

Change shoes frequently at ordinary times, expose shoes to the sun, kill fungi, keep feet fresh and clean, and wipe water off feet with dry towel after washing feet.
