What is secondary infertility
Symptom 1: menstrual disorder: menstruation early or delayed; too much, too little; menstrual period significantly prolonged. Menstrual disorders are associated with endocrine disorders, luteal insufficiency, and endometritis. Menstrual volume changes: too much or too little menstrual volume; prolonged menstrual period: common in luteal insufficiency, and endometritis.
Symptom 2: abnormal leucorrhea: the symptoms of infertility include vaginitis, cervicitis (cervical erosion), endometritis, adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and various sexually transmitted diseases. When there are leucorrhea, yellow color, smell, bean curd residue or water sample, or with vulva itching and pain, and these diseases can affect pregnancy in varying degrees.
Symptom 3: multiple abortions may lead to excessive curettage for female fertility, involving part of the basement layer of the uterine membrane, making it difficult for fertilized eggs to be implanted. Secondly, abortion is easy to be infected, which can cause gynecological inflammation and affect sperm motility and survival time. All of these will reduce the pregnancy rate. For example, tubal inflammation may affect the combination of sperm and egg.
matters needing attention
Infertility can be psychological adjustment, usually must maintain a positive attitude, experts pointed out: married couples have children is the hope of life, but often look forward to children too eager, instead of pregnancy. Especially the elderly or those who have not been pregnant for several years are more nervous, which interferes with the neuroendocrine function.
