1. Antenatal commonly used towel, soap wash wipe nipple, and with thumb, index finger pinch pull nipple, make the skin become tough.
2. Preparation before breast-feeding: the nursing mother should take a comfortable and relaxed feeding posture. If there is milk swelling or milk deposition, the affected side of the breast should be wet and hot compress for 3-5 minutes and do breast massage, pat or rub the hardened clot, and then squeeze out enough milk by hand or sucking device to soften the areola, so that the baby can correctly suck the nipple and most of the areola. If the nipple is sunken, it should be pulled out gently by hand or sucking device so that the baby can suck.
3. Pay attention to the method of breast-feeding: every time you breast-feeding, you should alternately change the posture of holding the baby, let the nipple and most of the areola suck in the baby's mouth, and then change the other side after sucking. Empty the milk every time. If cannot suck empty or milk bilges, can use hand to squeeze or suckle implement to pull empty.
