When the liver cancer protrudes under the right costal arch or xiphoid process, the upper abdomen may be locally uplifted or full. If the cancer is located on the diaphragmatic surface, the main manifestation is the elevation of the diaphragm, while the lower edge of the liver may not be enlarged. Due to the abundant and tortuous arteries of liver cancer, the thick arteries suddenly become thin, or the huge cancer oppresses the hepatic artery or abdominal aorta, sometimes blowing like vascular murmurs can be heard in the corresponding parts of the abdomen. Cancer nodules located on the surface close to the lower edge of the liver are most easily touched, sometimes found by patients themselves.   

Third, jaundice: generally occurs in the late stage, can be caused by liver cell damage, or due to tumor compression or invasion of the bile duct near the porta hepatis, or cancer tissue and blood clot fall off caused by biliary obstruction.
