summary

IVF brings hope to many infertile patients. After ovulation induction and egg retrieval, diet before and after transplantation is particularly important. What should we pay attention to?

Preoperative diet of test tube baby

Before taking eggs: start injection one week before taking eggs. Pay attention to eat more foods with high protein, which will promote faster growth of follicles. Use more milk, soybeans, fish, shrimp, eggs, beef, sheep, pig, dog meat, etc.

After taking eggs: in order to prevent ascites after taking eggs, we should eat more milk, orange juice (preferably pure orange juice), watermelon and other diuretic drinks (the daily urine volume of people who take more eggs is maintained at about 2000ml), eat digestible food, soup noodles, porridge, plain stuffed bun and so on, and pay special attention to prevent stool drying, because excessive abdominal force during defecation can damage the ovary.

After transplantation: after successful transplantation, although there is no special requirement for diet, we still need to eat more high protein and digestible food. Many fresh embryos will have ascites after transplantation. If ascites, pleural effusion, fish soup, wax gourd soup, watermelon juice, orange juice, milk and eggs are found, they are good things for diuresis and protein increase! Eat easy to digest, this time is more important, baby in the stomach, stool dry will certainly abdominal contraction force, this is not conducive to embryo implantation.
