What are the initial symptoms of Manicure

summary

Today, the company sent me out to do business with a female colleague, who is very hardworking. In the process of running the business, I found that the color of her fingernails is very abnormal, very much like the nails. Today, I'd like to talk about the initial symptoms of manicure.

What are the initial symptoms of Manicure

First: proximal subungual onychomycosis: it is rare, most of which are secondary to paronychia. First, the deck near the nail crease (i.e. the proximal end of the deck) turns white, and then gradually expands into spots. Finally, the partial deck is missing and extends to the whole nail. This type is only caused by Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton roseus.

Second: distal subungual manicure: at the beginning, irregular small white spots appeared on the distal (lateral edge) nail plate, then turned into dull gray spots, and gradually turned yellow brown to black. Soon the deck deteriorated, the subungual cuticle debris accumulated, the nail bed thickened, and the last deck atrophied, with occasional bleeding. This type was often caused by red, gypsum like or flocculent dermatophytes.

Third: white superficial nail: common in toenails, showing white spots or white patches of 1 mm in diameter on the deck. The nail is brittle and scraped off. This type is only caused by Trichophyton gymnoides or mold like bacteria, Fusarium spp. and Aspergillus spp, Metamorphism, thickening or fragmentation, leaving an abnormally thickened nail bed after shedding.

matters needing attention

In the chat with this female colleague, I know that she just got a manicure, but she was in the early stage of manicure, so the treatment is not particularly troublesome. Here, I would like to urge you to treat as soon as possible. The earlier treatment, the better recovery.
