Where is the flashback bifurcation?
summary
During training, officers and soldiers often suffer from waist pain due to improper exertion. This disease brings great harm to patients and limits their activities. This is what we often call "flash waist fork". Now let's talk about where the flashback bifurcation occurs?.
Where is the flashback bifurcation?
First: massage. The patient is in prone position, and his comrades in arms use their thumbs to massage from top to bottom along both sides of the patient's spine, lasting for 8 minutes, in order to generate heat at the waist of the patient. Then knead around the pain point for 2 minutes with palm kneading method to relax the local muscles and relieve the pain. You can also use your thumb or elbow to press the pain again. If the lumbar muscle spasm is obvious, you can use the elbow to hit for 8 minutes, and cooperate with the palm to hit the local area for 2 minutes.
Second, the waist twisting method. The comrades in arms knead the patient's pain for 5 minutes, then the patient took the lateral position, the upper leg naturally bent, and the lower leg naturally straightened. One of the comrades in arms holds the shoulder of the patient, the other holds the hip of the patient, pushing it left and pulling it right, twisting it back and forth. The technique should be relaxed, soft, coordinated and coherent, and repeated 10 times on both sides, which can correct the disorder of the lumbar posterior facet joint and promote the early recovery of the injured tissue.
Third, the method of vertical shaking. The patient's feet were separated, shoulder width apart, straight legs standing, waist slightly bent forward, hands supporting the bed. The comrades in arms hold the patient's abdomen with one hand, and press the waist pain with the other hand to make the patient's waist swing around for 5 minutes. It is suitable for those with limited lumbar flexion and extension.
matters needing attention
The patient and his comrades stood back-to-back, bending their elbows to cover each other, then the comrades bent down, lifted the patient's back, and easily swayed left and right, and told the patient to relax and lift his feet. Each time lasted about 4 minutes, once in the morning, once in the middle and once in the evening.
