Sister recently do not know how, sternum burning like discomfort, more after meals, especially after a full meal. Reflux is sour or bitter, occasionally contains a small amount of food. Symptoms of reflux esophagitis

Burning or pain behind the sternum. Poststernal burning or pain is the main negative symptom of the disease. Most of the symptoms occur about 1 hour after eating, which can be induced by half lying position, body flexion or strenuous exercise, and aggravated by overheated and acid food. The severity of burning sensation is not necessarily consistent with the severity of the lesion.

It's difficult to swallow. At the initial stage, it is often caused by esophagitis secondary esophageal spasm and intermittent dysphagia. In the later stage, it can be replaced by permanent dysphagia due to esophageal scar formation and stricture, gradually alleviating burning sensation and burning pain, and causing blockage or pain when eating solid food.

Gastroesophageal reflux. After every meal, lying forward or lying in bed at night, there is acid liquid or food reflux from stomach and esophagus to pharynx or oral cavity. Most of them appeared before burning sensation or burning pain after sternum. Bleeding and anemia: severe esophagitis can appear esophageal mucosal erosion and bleeding, mostly a small amount of chronic bleeding.
