When the muscle fiber tissue atrophy or relaxation, is not conducive to venous return, resulting in varicocele.  

Third, there are some other factors can also lead to varicocele, retroperitoneal tumor, renal tumor, hydronephrosis and other compression of internal spermatic vein can cause symptomatic or secondary varicocele. The primary one disappeared quickly when lying on the back, and the secondary one did not disappear or disappeared very slowly.
