Friends need to be alert to the changes of liver, And the treatment of liver cancer should attract everyone's attention, down to take friends to know what the treatment of liver.

Effective treatment of liver cancer

1. Radiotherapy, due to the progress of radiation sources, radiation equipment and technology, and the accurate positioning of various imaging examinations, has improved the status of radiotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer and the curative effect. Radiotherapy is suitable for unresectable liver cancer whose tumor is still limited. Generally, if it can tolerate a large dose, its curative effect is also good. External radiotherapy has experienced whole liver radiation, local radiation, whole liver moving strip radiation, local hyperfractionated radiation, and the total amount of three-dimensional radiation exceeds that of near useful proton radiotherapy for liver cancer. It has been reported that the total amount of radiation is more than 40gy 4000rads, and the volume of volume combined with Chinese medicine for regulating qi and invigorating spleen can make the one-year survival rate reach 72.7%, and the five-year survival rate reach 10%. Combined with surgery and chemotherapy, it can kill the residual cancer, and chemotherapy can also assist radiotherapy to enhance the sensitivity. Intraarterial injection of Y-90 microspheres, 131I Lipiodol, or radioisotope labeled monoclonal antibodies can play an important role in the treatment of intrahepatic radiotherapy.

2. Early resection is the key to improve the survival rate. The smaller the tumor, the higher the five-year survival rate. The indications of operation are: ① the diagnosis is clear and the lesion is estimated to be limited to one or half of the liver; ② there is no obvious jaundice, ascites or distant metastasis; ③ the liver function compensation is good and the thrombin time is not less than 50%; ④ the heart, liver and kidney function tolerance. In patients with normal liver function, the amount of hepatectomy should not be more than 70%; in patients with moderate cirrhosis, it should not be more than 50%, or only left hepatectomy should be performed; in patients with severe cirrhosis, hepatectomy should not be performed. More than 80% of liver cancer patients with liver cirrhosis were confirmed by operation and pathology. It is generally accepted that local resection instead of regular hepatectomy has the same effect in no period, and the postoperative liver dysfunction and operative mortality are reduced. Since there is still a high recurrence rate after radical resection, AFP and ultrasonography should be reexamined regularly to monitor the recurrence.

3. Minimally invasive targeted therapy, once liver cancer develops to advanced stage, most patients have lost the best chance of surgical treatment. At this time, the treatment is to reduce the pain of patients with liver cancer and prolong the survival time. Liver cancer is one of the common cancers in China. The early onset of clinical manifestations is long and hidden, without obvious symptoms and signs. It is often found by detection or general survey of alpha fetoprotein. The common symptoms are intermittent or persistent pain in the liver region, slow upper abdominal distension, loss of appetite, progressive swelling of upper abdominal mass, general symptoms are emaciation, fever, diarrhea, jaundice, complications include gastrointestinal bleeding, liver coma, liver nodule rupture bleeding, secondary infection, etc.
